Medie aims to provide high-quality medical scrubs, lab coats, and healthcare uniforms. If you are not satisfied, we offer an easy return and exchange process.

1. Return Eligibility
Medical scrubs and lab coats can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be:
Unused Unwashed
In original packaging
With tags attached

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Embroidered medical scrubs
Customized hospital uniforms
Bulk institutional orders
Clearance sale products
Unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Exchanges
You can exchange medical scrubs for:
Different size
Different product
Exchange requests must be made within the return period.

5. Damaged or Defective Products
